Fibromatosis colli néonatal : Diagnostic et Prise en charge d’un cas clinique au Centre National d’Appareillage Orthopédique du Mali

Le fibromatosis colli est une pseudotumeur rare du muscle sterno-cléido-mastoïdien, à l'origine d'un torticolis dit congénital chez le nouveau-né ou le nourrisson. Le mécanisme étio- pathogénique de sa survenue est sujet à controverse. Son diagnostic est essentiellement
clinique et l’échographie permet de le confirmer. Nous rapportons un cas de fibromatosis colli néo natal chez un nourrisson de 34 jours, reçu en consultation au Centre National d’Appareillage Orthopédique du Mali pour tuméfaction cervicale et attitude vicieuse du cou. Notre patient a bénéficié d’un traitement conservateur.
